In Business English, when someone instructs you to do something, you can respond with saying that you’ll “make a note of it”. This is a nice and smooth way of saying that you will take the information in seriously.
It can mean that you’re going to take a note down literally, or that you’re going to just take the information seriously. These two are a little different – the first means you are actually going to write it down, the other is you will take the advice.
It’s quite common in business to use this form of English. You can also say “I’ll take a mental note”, which means you’ll keep it in your head. Fun stuff.

ビジネス英語では、誰かに何かをするように指示されたとき、"make a note of it "と言って答えることができます。
これは、その情報を真剣に受け止めることを表す、素敵でスムーズな言い方です。
これは、文字通りメモを取るという意味でもありますし、ただ情報を真剣に受け止めるという意味でもあります。
この2つは少し違っていて、1つ目は実際に書き留めるという意味で、もう1つはアドバイスを受けるという意味です。
ビジネスの場では、この形の英語を使うことがよくあります。
また、「I'll take a mental note」という言い方もあり、これは頭の中に入れておくという意味です。
