Travel English - Cancelling a Reservation

Hi there everyone, today I’d like to show you how to cancel a reservation. It could be at a hotel, restaurant, or even something like the hairdresser’s. It’s easy. When you make the reservation you usually give your name and the time/ dates you want to go. When you want to cancel you just give all the information and use the verb have .

For example.

Hello my name is Jaimie Wright and I have a reservation for 4 people on the 25th at 14:00.
I’d like to cancel please.

As you can see all the information is given in one sentence, the order is not important. It could be..

Hello, my name is Jaimie Wright and I have a reservation at 14:00 on the 25th for 4 people. I’d like to cancel please.
